1. Customer selects self-collect as delivery option and chooses a pickup point when checkout.
2. Merchant processes the self-collect orders and print Collectco shipping labels from Lelong.my Order Dashboard. Stick the shipping labels on the self-collect parcels.
3. Seller drops off their parcel at the nearest Collectco pickup point; Collectco will then deliver the parcel to the Collectco pickup point that has been selected by the buyer.

4. Customer will receive SMS with a unique collection code when the parcel arrives at the chosen pickup point. Customer drops by with the collection code to collect the parcel.
