    1. Who fulfill the orders?
      Collectco.
    2. Are there any charges other than the shipping fee?
      The charges to sellers are only the shipping fees. Collectco don’t charge on the usage of our Collectco drop-off store.
    3. What is the delivery speed?
      Collectco’s service level is T+2 (delivery within 2 days).
    4. What is the maximum parcel size that can be delivered to a Collectco local store?
      Maximum volume/weight accepted by the stores: 64000 cm3 (eg. 40x40x40), or 15kg.
    5. How many days will the stores keep the parcel?
      Buyer needs to collect within 7 days. Collectco will notify the buyers on the 1st, 3rd and 6th day when the parcel arrives.
    6. How do the buyers collect their parcels?
      Buyer will receive an SMS with unique 4-digit collection code when the parcel arrives at the chosen store. They need to show the SMS with the phone in order to collect the parcels.
    7. What happens to the parcel which is not collected?
      Collectco will send back the overdue parcel to the sender with charges. Collectco might contact the sender to make desired arrangement. However, this will be a case-by-case basis.
    8. What happens when a seller drops off a parcel which exceeds the accepted dimensions?
      The stores have the right to reject the parcel. Collectco provide every store a memo from Collectco about the Do's and Don'ts that the staff can show. If the parcel has been rejected, seller are required to contact buyer and choose another courier service to delivery the parcel.
    9. What happens when a seller drops off an item which is not packaged properly?
      The stores have the right to reject the parcel. Collectco provide every store a memo from Collectco about the Do's and Don'ts that the staff can show.
    10. By default seller have to drop-off their parcel at Collectco drop-off store, but what if seller requires pick-up from Collectco?

    11. Liability clause
      Collectco liability is limited to a maximum of RM 200 or the value of the goods whichever is lower.
    12. How secure is this?
      First of all, Collectco established a very clear transfer of responsibility between checkpoints in the entire process, eg from sellers to driver, driver to stores, stores to buyers. There are parcel check-ins and checkout and the use of Transfer Documents. Collectco selected our partners based on strict guidelines like secured area for storage, and most of them have CCTV.
      In case a parcel goes missing/damaged, Collectco are able to track and trace the problem following these Collectcoll-defined checkpoints, and insurance coverage up to RM200 is offered. Our partner staff are very well trained with our easy process. Manuals are also provided on the device they use and laminated paper manuals are given.
    13. What is the shipping label print size and what to do after printed it out?
      The shipping label print size is A4 (one piece) with top (Recipient Copy) and bottom (Courier’s Copy) section; after the shipping label have been printed out, seller are required to cut and stick both of the labels on the parcel before dropping off/pickup.
